With this procedure, the appointed mediator draws up a record of the elimination of the burden, which is ratified by the competent court and is then registered with the Mortgage Registry/Land Registry Office.
Details of the procedure will be conveyed to you by the lawyer of your choice and, if your choice is successful, corresponding communication will be made between the legal representatives of each side (for the selection of the mediator, the content of the record, etc.).
We note that the mediator's fee, as well as the costs of reviewing and filing the mediation record with the competent Mortgage Registry/Land Registry Office, are borne by your side, which should also be responsible for expediting the corresponding actions.
